Have you heard of the Coca Cola Scholarship? Deadline: October 31st. Coca Cola scholars receive $20,000 in funds! Regional finalists are awarded $1,000. The Coca- Cola Scholars Program Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors each year. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.  Apply here.  

Target is another organization that offers amazing scholarship opportunities for students who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, and a devotion to community service as well as several minority scholarships.  

One scholarship highlight is the Regents' Scholarship. The Regents' Scholarship is a great opportunity for Utah high school graduates to become college ready and earn a scholarship at the same time. The Larry H. & Gail Miller Enrichment Scholarship is designed to assist students with demonstrated financial need, with an emphasis on students from an underrepresented ethnic background or who are first generation college students. The award varies and may include the following benefits: full tuition and fees, on-campus room and board, and a textbook allowance. The Office for Undergraduate Advancement and Office of Equity & Diversity are currently accepting applications for the Ivory Homes Building Dreams Scholarship. The scholarship offers $2,000 awards to 1st generation, entering freshmen who have demonstrated experience serving and working with the Latina/Latino community..

If you are planning on earning an associate's degree, you could qualify for the New Century Scholarship. The scholarship may be used at a four year public college or university within the Utah System of High Education. It is important that you understand that you must coordinate and work closely with the college/university from which you are earning the associate degree (in our case this would be SLCC). A student must meet both the institutional requirements for earning an associate degree, while also meeting the scholarship requirements as set forth by the Utah State Board of Regents. Imagine America High School Scholarships are available to high school seniors who are planning to enroll in a career college. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and participate in voluntary community service to be eligible for this award.
