Kenneth Grover, M.Ed, has worked in education for over 25 years. He has served as teacher, principal, director, and honorary superintendent.
His work includes creating a comprehensive and fully re-imagined educational experience for 21st Century high school students. Innovations High was created from the ground up with anytime, anywhere learning; full instructional integration with the local community college; career-path support; mastery-based education; college and career readiness; real-time progress monitoring for students and parents; and self-directed learning.
Currently Kenneth trains and collaborates with educators and school districts from around the country to understand and implement scalable personalized learning. He is passionate about providing a personalized pedagogical approach that transforms schools to meet the needs of our children.

Additionally he is currently working with state educational leaders in statewide initiatives in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma to transform education.
Ruth and Kenneth are parents to three children along with two additional daughters from Mexico and El Salvador that proudly call him dad.
